A company holiday party is one of the few times a whole team is in one room, often with partners and guests. MacroSnaps photographers and videographers cover end-of-year parties for companies of all sizes, from office gatherings to ballroom events, with candid photos of colleagues, team and department group photos, leadership remarks and any awards or recognitions. The result is a record of the year's people that you can share across the company.

We know these photos are often used internally, on careers pages and on social media, so we keep the coverage professional and balanced. We focus on genuine moments between colleagues rather than people mid-bite, photograph every team you ask for, and coordinate with HR or your event planner about anything that shouldn't be shared. A short highlight video works well for internal communications and recruiting.

Our prices are listed openly and are the same for every company, with no quote process to slow down planning. Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour, and videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour. You can book and pay online. MacroSnaps is part of MacroHype LLC, which has worked with businesses since 2011, and we're insured through State Farm, with certificates of insurance for venues.
