Prices published, not negotiated
Many vendors price by how much they think you can pay. We publish every rate: photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour, videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Everyone pays the same price.
Insured by State Farm
We carry $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate liability coverage. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we send it before your event.

Can you shoot the 'before' photos too?
Yes. Book a short session before work starts and another when it is finished. We match the angles so the comparison is clear.
Can you film a project over several weeks?
Yes. We can schedule several short visits during the job and edit them into a single project video.
Do you need the homeowner's permission?
Yes. You arrange access and permission with the homeowner. We avoid showing house numbers or personal items if the homeowner prefers.
Can you make a commercial for local TV?
Yes. We produce broadcast-ready commercials plus versions for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Airtime is purchased separately.
