Prices published, not negotiated
Many vendors price by how much they think you can pay. We publish every rate: photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour, videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Everyone pays the same price.
Insured by State Farm
We carry $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate liability coverage. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we send it before your event.

Can you play a fundraising video at our gala?
Yes. We film and edit the video in advance so it is ready for the event. Allow two to four weeks for editing, plus time for your review.
How quickly do we get gala photos?
Edited photos are delivered in about one week, which is usually in time for thank-you emails and sponsor follow-ups.
Do you photograph program participants?
Yes, with their consent and your organization's release forms. We are careful with vulnerable groups and follow your guidelines on what can be shown.
What does gala coverage cost?
