We are affordable, but not cheap. We don't believe hiring a professional photographer or videographer should break the bank, and your wedding day certainly shouldn't cost you $10,000 to $20,000 just for photography. We keep prices down by how we work: our crews cover several events a day, so we run at high volume instead of charging one client for an entire day; our post-production team includes dedicated editors, some based overseas, who retouch and edit efficiently; and we share people, equipment and systems with our parent company, MacroHype. The result is professional cameras and lighting, experienced photographers and videographers, and careful, professional editing at a price that is published on our website and the same for every client.

Yes. Every delivered photo gets standard editing: exposure, white balance and color correction. When you book, you can add premium editing ($50 per hour of photography) for detailed retouching, and professional color grading ($25 per hour of photography) for a custom, consistent color style.

Yes. We are fully insured through State Farm for $1 million each occurrence and $2 million general aggregate. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, email info@macrosnaps.com and we will send it.

We leave a gap between shoots so our crew always arrives on time, and the time and cost of travelling to your venue is built into the first hour. Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour. The minimum booking is 2 hours, and prices are the same wherever you book.

All bookings are non-refundable, because each booking secures the date and our team's commitment. If MacroSnaps can't perform the service because of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or equipment failure, you receive a full refund. Cancellations by the client aren't eligible for a refund or rescheduling. See our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. We regularly cover two- and three-day conferences, with one or several photographers per day depending on how many rooms run at the same time. Send us your agenda and we will plan the crew with you, at the same published hourly rates.

Yes. Our conference videography team records keynotes and panels and edits highlight recap videos, and we can live stream sessions for remote attendees.

Yes. Where the venue allows it we take a feed from the soundboard so recorded talks have clean audio, and we also run our own backup microphones.
