Many vendors price by how much they think you can pay. We publish every rate: photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour, videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Everyone pays the same price.
Insured by State Farm
We carry $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate liability coverage. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we send it before your event.

Can you photograph before-and-after results?
We can photograph consenting clients under consistent lighting so results are comparable. Your practice collects the releases and decides what is appropriate to publish under the rules that apply to your field.
How do you handle patient privacy?
We photograph only staff and patients who have agreed to be on camera, and we keep charts, monitors and other identifiable patient information out of view. Many clinics use staff or models for treatment shots.
How long should we book?
Two to three hours covers provider headshots and clinic photos for most practices. Add time if you want treatment videos or interviews. Photography starts at $350 for two hours; video starts at $500.
Do you work with multi-location practices?
Yes. Our photographers and videographers work across the US, Ontario and Quebec, so we can give every location the same look and shot list.
