Corporate questions
Can you staff several rooms or several cities on the same day?
Yes. Because we have our own crews across the US, Ontario and Quebec, we can staff concurrent sessions or simultaneous events in different cities. Send your agenda and we will propose a crew plan.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We are insured through State Farm ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate) and send certificates of insurance naming your venue or organization.
Do multi-day conferences cost more per hour?
No. Every day is booked at the same published hourly rates: photography $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour, videography $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour.
