What team photos & headshots includes

MacroSnaps sets up a portrait station at your office or event and photographs each person in a short slot, with the same lighting and background so every photo matches. We also take group photos, department photos and candid workplace shots. We record the setup, so new hires photographed months later can match the original set, even in another city.

Prices published, not negotiated
Many vendors price by how much they think you can pay. We publish every rate: photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour, videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Everyone pays the same price.
Insured by State Farm
We carry $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate liability coverage. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we send it before your event.

MacroHeadshots (macroheadshots.com) specializes in headshot sessions. MacroSnaps handles headshots as part of larger shoots that also include team, office, event or brand photography.
How many people can you photograph in an hour?
It depends on how many photos each person wants to choose from, but a well-scheduled session moves quickly. Tell us your headcount and we will estimate the time.
Can remote employees match the office photos?
Yes. Our photographers work across the US, Ontario and Quebec and can recreate the same setup in other cities.
Do you retouch headshots?
Yes. Light retouching is included. Advanced retouching is available as a separate service.
