Prices published, not negotiated
Many vendors price by how much they think you can pay. We publish every rate: photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour, videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Everyone pays the same price.
Insured by State Farm
We carry $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate liability coverage. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we send it before your event.

Do you offer Matterport 3D tours?
Yes, in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, New York and New Jersey. We scan properties with Matterport and deliver an interactive 3D tour you can embed on your listing and website. Tours start at $200 for up to 1,000 sq ft, with the first month of hosting included.
Can you shoot commercial and multifamily properties?
Yes. We photograph and film apartment buildings, offices, retail space and amenities for owners, brokers and property managers.
Do you work with brokerages on volume?
Yes. Brokerages with regular listing volume can contact us for a custom arrangement covering multiple agents and markets across the US, Ontario and Quebec.
How should the home be prepared?
Declutter counters, open blinds, turn on all lights, hide personal items and move cars from the driveway. We will send a short prep checklist after you book.
