We follow your school's media consent policies, work from your opt-out lists and only feature students who are cleared to appear. Photos that include opted-out students are removed in editing. Prices published, not negotiated
Many vendors price by how much they think you can pay. We publish every rate: photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour, videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Everyone pays the same price.
Insured by State Farm
We carry $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate liability coverage. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we send it before your event.

How do you handle students who opt out of photos?
We work from your school's consent list and follow your staff's guidance on the day. Photos that include opted-out students are removed during editing.
Can you live stream commencement?
Yes. We offer live streaming for commencement, convocation and other ceremonies, and can also deliver an edited highlight video afterward.
Can you photograph the whole faculty in one day?
Yes. We set up a portrait station and schedule faculty and staff in short time slots.
Do you work with schools outside major cities?
