A quinceañera marks a young woman's fifteenth birthday with faith, family and a celebration that many families plan for a year or more. MacroSnaps photographers and videographers cover the full day, from getting ready and the Mass or church blessing to the traditions of the reception: the last doll, the changing of the shoes, the father-daughter waltz and the choreographed dances with her court of honor.

Queens is one of the largest cities in North America, home to roughly 2.3 million people. We cover quinceañera events at event and banquet venues across the area, from Terrace on the Park, Queens Botanical Garden and Queens Museum to private homes, restaurants and community halls.

Every family's quinceañera is a little different, shaped by country of origin, parish customs and personal choices. Before the day we go through your program with you, including the order of the traditions, which padrinos and madrinas will present gifts, and when the surprise dance happens, so the photographer and videographer are in place for each moment instead of reacting after it has started.

For a typical quinceañera, clients in Queens book about 6 hours of photography ($750) and 5 hours of videography ($1,100). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so Queens costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
