We cover gala or fundraiser events at hotel ballrooms, museums and event venues across the area, from Terrace on the Park, Queens Botanical Garden and Queens Museum to private homes, restaurants and community halls. Queens is home to both of New York City's major airports, which makes it a practical base for airport-hotel meetings, and its diverse communities support a large banquet-hall and multicultural wedding scene. A shot list of VIPs, board members, sponsors and honorees lets us make sure the people who matter most to your organization are photographed, and the full gallery is retouched and usually ready in about one week. For a typical gala or fundraiser, clients in Queens book about 5 hours of photography ($650) and 4 hours of videography ($900). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so Queens costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
