Whether your gala or fundraiser is at Graydon Hall Manor, Toronto Botanical Garden or a family home, your MacroSnaps crew arrives early to check light, angles and any venue rules. North York's office towers along Yonge Street and York University generate steady corporate and academic events, and its large Korean, Persian, Chinese and Jewish communities support a busy wedding and celebration calendar. Edwards Gardens and the Toronto Botanical Garden are favourite portrait spots from May through October.

We work closely with your development and communications teams before the event. A shot list of VIPs, board members, sponsors and honorees lets us make sure the people who matter most to your organization are photographed, and the full gallery is retouched and usually ready in about one week. A highlight video can also be used to open next year's event or support your fundraising appeal.

For a typical gala or fundraiser, clients in North York book about 5 hours of photography ($650) and 4 hours of videography ($900). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so North York costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
