We cover gala or fundraiser events at hotel ballrooms, museums and event venues across the area, from The Atrium at Granville Arts Center, Plaza Theatre and Firewheel Golf Park to private homes, restaurants and community halls. Garland's events range from school and community gatherings at the Curtis Culwell Center to performances and receptions at the Granville Arts Center, with larger conventions heading to nearby Dallas. North Texas summers are very hot and spring brings severe-storm risk, so fall is the easiest season for outdoor sessions.

For a typical gala or fundraiser, clients in Garland book about 5 hours of photography ($650) and 4 hours of videography ($900). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so Garland costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
