Dallas has a large corporate-headquarters base in finance, telecom and energy, which keeps its convention center and hotel ballrooms busy with meetings and award events. Spring is a popular season for weddings, while summer heat pushes most outdoor shoots to early morning or evening.

We work closely with your development and communications teams before the event. A shot list of VIPs, board members, sponsors and honorees lets us make sure the people who matter most to your organization are photographed, and the full gallery is retouched and usually ready in about one week. A highlight video can also be used to open next year's event or support your fundraising appeal.

For a typical gala or fundraiser, clients in Dallas book about 5 hours of photography ($650) and 4 hours of videography ($900). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so Dallas costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
