Planning tips
Planning your coverage in West Virginia
Book 2 to 3 hours
Most retirement parties are well covered in 2 to 3 hours, from arrivals through the speeches, gifts and group photos.
Share the program
Send the order of speakers, the slideshow timing and any presentations, so the photographer is in place for each moment.
Make a group-photo list
List the teams, departments and family combinations you want, and ask a colleague to help gather people.
Record the tributes on video
Speeches and the retiree's farewell are worth keeping with sound. A highlight video of 3 to 8 minutes makes a thoughtful keepsake.
