Waipio is a community in Hawaii, home to roughly 12,000 people. We cover gala or fundraiser events in banquet halls, hotels, places of worship, restaurants and private homes throughout Waipio and nearby Pearl City and Waipahu.

We work closely with your development and communications teams before the event. A shot list of VIPs, board members, sponsors and honorees lets us make sure the people who matter most to your organization are photographed, and the full gallery is retouched and usually ready in about one week. A highlight video can also be used to open next year's event or support your fundraising appeal.

For a typical gala or fundraiser, clients in Waipio book about 5 hours of photography ($650) and 4 hours of videography ($900). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so Waipio costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
