Galas & Fundraisers in Lehi: photography & video

Galas and fundraisers need photos that work long after the night ends: for the press release, the annual report, sponsor thank-yous and next year's invitation. MacroSnaps photographers and videographers cover the red carpet and step-and-repeat, honorees and speakers, the live auction and paddle raise, and the guests and sponsors who made the evening possible. We aim for photos your team can use across print, web and social media without extra editing.

Lehi is a growing city in Utah, home to roughly 58,000 people. We cover gala or fundraiser events in banquet halls, hotels, places of worship, restaurants and private homes throughout Lehi and nearby American Fork and Saratoga Springs.

We work closely with your development and communications teams before the event. A shot list of VIPs, board members, sponsors and honorees lets us make sure the people who matter most to your organization are photographed, and the full gallery is retouched and usually ready in about one week. A highlight video can also be used to open next year's event or support your fundraising appeal.

For a typical gala or fundraiser, clients in Lehi book about 5 hours of photography ($650) and 4 hours of videography ($900). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so Lehi costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
