Galas & Fundraisers in Fresno: photography & video

Galas and fundraisers need photos that work long after the night ends: for the press release, the annual report, sponsor thank-yous and next year's invitation. MacroSnaps photographers and videographers cover the red carpet and step-and-repeat, honorees and speakers, the live auction and paddle raise, and the guests and sponsors who made the evening possible. We aim for photos your team can use across print, web and social media without extra editing.

Fresno is one of the biggest cities in California, home to roughly 520,000 people. We cover gala or fundraiser events at hotel ballrooms, museums and event venues across the area, from Tower Theatre, Forestiere Underground Gardens and Kearney Mansion Museum to private homes, restaurants and community halls. Fresno sits at the center of the San Joaquin Valley's agriculture industry, which drives many of its trade meetings and expos, and it is a common gateway for Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia. The Blossom Trail peaks in late February and March, while summer heat pushes outdoor shoots to early morning or evening.

We work closely with your development and communications teams before the event. A shot list of VIPs, board members, sponsors and honorees lets us make sure the people who matter most to your organization are photographed, and the full gallery is retouched and usually ready in about one week. A highlight video can also be used to open next year's event or support your fundraising appeal.

For a typical gala or fundraiser, clients in Fresno book about 5 hours of photography ($650) and 4 hours of videography ($900). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so Fresno costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
