We cover gala or fundraiser events at hotel ballrooms, museums and event venues across the area, from Atlanta Botanical Garden, High Museum of Art and Fox Theatre to private homes, restaurants and community halls. Atlanta's huge hub airport and large downtown convention campus make it a top destination for trade shows, and it is home to corporate headquarters in logistics, media and beverages as well as a busy film-production industry. Spring dogwood and azalea season and mild autumns are favored for outdoor sessions, while summers are hot and humid.

A shot list of VIPs, board members, sponsors and honorees lets us make sure the people who matter most to your organization are photographed, and the full gallery is retouched and usually ready in about one week. For a typical gala or fundraiser, clients in Atlanta book about 5 hours of photography ($650) and 4 hours of videography ($900). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so Atlanta costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
