Why Fairmont clients choose MacroSnaps
13+ years, 750+ conferences, 2,200+ weddings
MacroSnaps and our parent company MacroHype have been photographing and filming for more than 13 years: over 750 corporate events and conferences and more than 2,200 weddings and private events. Fairmont gets the same experienced crews and standards we bring to every city we work in.
Prices published, not negotiated
Many vendors price by how much they think you can pay. We publish every rate: photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour, videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Everyone pays the same price.
Insured by State Farm
We carry $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate liability coverage. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we send it before your event.
Our own network, not a marketplace
We are one company with our own photographers and videographers across all 50 states, Washington, DC, Ontario and Quebec, so the quality, editing and delivery standards stay the same wherever you book.

FAQ
Conference Videography in Fairmont: common questions
How much does a conference videographer cost in Fairmont?
MacroSnaps conference videography packages in Fairmont start at $500 for 2 hours of coverage, and every package price is listed on this page. The first-hour price includes travel, so Fairmont costs the same as any other city we serve. Multi-day and multi-camera corporate events are booked at the same published hourly rates.
How are your prices so affordable?
We are affordable, but not cheap. We don't believe hiring a professional photographer or videographer should break the bank, and your wedding day certainly shouldn't cost you $10,000 to $20,000 just for photography. We keep prices down by how we work: our crews cover several events a day, so we run at high volume instead of charging one client for an entire day; our post-production team includes dedicated editors, some based overseas, who retouch and edit efficiently; and we share people, equipment and systems with our parent company, MacroHype. The result is professional cameras and lighting, experienced photographers and videographers, and careful, professional editing at a price that is published on our website and the same for every client.
Do you have conference videographers in Fairmont?
Yes. MacroSnaps has its own photographers and videographers working across West Virginia, and we assign a crew for Fairmont as soon as you book. You deal with one company from booking to delivery.
How far in advance should I book in Fairmont?
Book as early as you can, especially for weekday conferences in peak convention season. Every booking reserves your date and time, and we will confirm your crew by email.
When will I receive my photos or video?
Photos are edited, retouched and delivered in an online gallery in about a week. Edited highlight videos are delivered in 2 to 4 weeks depending on the package. Faster turnaround for corporate events can be arranged.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my Fairmont venue?
Yes. We are insured through State Farm ($1 million each occurrence, $2 million general aggregate). Email info@macrosnaps.com with your venue's requirements and we will send the certificate.
Can you cover a multi-day conference in Fairmont?
Yes. Multi-day programs, several rooms at once and live streaming in Fairmont are all booked at our published hourly rates. Book online or send us your agenda and we will plan the crew with you.
