A 25th, 40th or 50th anniversary is often the first time in years that a couple's whole family is in the same room, sometimes with three or four generations together. MacroSnaps photographers and videographers cover anniversary parties and vow renewals with that in mind: the couple themselves, the speeches from children and grandchildren, and the family portraits that may not happen again for a long time.

Manhattan is one of the largest cities in North America, home to roughly 1.5 million people. Whether your anniversary celebration is at The Rainbow Room, Gotham Hall or a family home, your MacroSnaps crew arrives early to check light, angles and any venue rules.

We keep the coverage calm and unhurried, which suits couples who would rather not be directed for long. A short portrait session with the couple, organized group photos with each branch of the family, and candid photos throughout the event are usually enough. If you're renewing vows, we'll cover the ceremony itself, the exchange of rings and the first dance as a married couple again.

For a typical anniversary celebration, clients in Manhattan book about 3 hours of photography ($450) and 3 hours of videography ($700). Photography is $250 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour; videography is $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour, with a 2-hour minimum. The first-hour price includes travel, so Manhattan costs the same as anywhere else we work, and there are no quotes to wait for.
